Available in black, brown, or white slicone, Winks are among the thinnest and best designed silicone cases we've encountered. The front covers the entirely click wheel, resulting in a completely flush finish that looks extremely clean. Cut-outs are provided for the screen, hold switch, and earphone jack, while the entire bottom can be flipped down to expose the dock connector. While this means the back of the Wink case has a slight gap at the bottom, we'll gladly trade protection of the dock connector for that. Plus it makes it a cinch to use accessries and docks since you don't need to hassle with removing enough of the skin to make things fit...

The silicone iPod case has been
done dozens of times, but rarely quite like this.
The Winks collection from Zofunk (formerly Podfunk)
is a series of white, black, or brown silicone slipcases
(or original, noche, and chocolat, as the company
refers to them) whose front and back sides both
reveal surprises. Things start off traditionally
enough with a one-piece design with small cut-outs
on top and bottom for the Hold switch and headphone
jack as well as a cut-out for the screen. But then
your eyes catch the click-wheel, which is covered
by the same silicone, done up in a swirling two-tone
design done up in colors ranging from purple and
grey, to green on green...
